  Appearance: bright, pale gold-yellow core with white flecks, almost no rim
  Nose: medium intensity, clean and fresh, apple, pear, lemon, apricot, candied, floral
  Palate: just off-dry, clean, apricot, mineral, lower alcohol, round medium body with medium+ length, stone fruit component with good balance
  Comments: 11.5%, $25 CAD, will age very nicely
