  • Mixed findings Olles cellar, wine #4: seductive nose with creme caramel, bright red berries, hay, leather and hints of coffee. High acidity, elegant body, pines, dry tannins, nice bright fruit, baking spices. Brunello vibes. Beautiful wine. BV=2 (my best vote), WV=0

  • The nose is quite funky, some barnyard odors...could be bretts!!!

Mouthfeel is quite light and quite off presently. This wine seems to be passed it's prime & on it's descent. My last one ...thank god!!!
    Major deception for this price.

  • For the price this is a rip-off! First the cork is way too small which was quite soaked. Second, the wine seemed to get worst after some aeration...not a good sign.
The nose is on earthy tones, some minerality and oak, a bit faint.
The palate is quite on the sour side and the acidity a bit too much, the fruit takes the back seat & the tannins are ample but drying...completely disjointed wine with no balance, could not finish the bottle & all 4 of agreed ...A MAJOR PASS!!!

  • Decanted for 3 hours, still youthful on the nose with aromas of blackberries, olives and earthy. The palate is full-bodied, fresh and the tanins are starting to soften. Well balanced overall and the medium-length finish is surprisingly uni-dimensional and compact with lots of black cherries. I was expecting more typical aromas of bacon and tobacco that were there but only in the distant background. Still needs more time to develop I think.
