Starts off showing red cherry, but after a few hours of air, it’s more dark red raspberry. Of course, the last glass is the best, showing sappy raspberry fruit and a silky mouthfeel, with a great inner core of juicy, sweet red fruit. Drinking very nicely now. With Sarah and Jonathan in Philly.
