  • Une robe pourpre, un nez de fruits rouges et noirs, une note fumée, des épices, une pointe de cuir...Arrivé à maturité, les tanins sont fondus, la trame alcoolique est bien présente (bu un peu trop chaud), il est capiteux à souhait pour un bon repas d'hiver.
