  醒酒五个小时，中石榴红色，闻香有明显的烟丝，大枣，紫罗兰和巧克力的味道，香气深沉，还没等我记录这杯被璇了。两个半小时后再来，状态持续攀升，烟丝，甘草，果脯的香气，深沉厚重，入口酸度中高，单宁紧涩，颗粒细腻，酒液甜美，成熟黑果，烟丝，果脯，焦糖，草药还有烤面包的味道，香气浓郁，酒体饱满，后段能明显感受到集中度和力量感，酒精度不低，整体控制非常精准、平衡，浑然一体，给人感觉深邃，复杂而有内敛。虽然是1990的酒，但没有丝毫的老态和氧化，相反的，表现很强健，远没有到适饮巅峰期，不愧是阿玛罗尼的世纪大年，还有很长的陈年潜力，变得更加出众。

  Last bottle from a six-pack bought at release. Fully mature wine that still has a spark. Nice bottle with less brett than expected based on previous bottles. Drink up.

  1997 Amarone Horisontal + Quintarelli (Copenhagen): Lots of sewer and other well-developed flavors. Surprisingly, it still has some fruit left and is quite impressive. 91-92p

  A stunning bottle, that still held its power and elegance. Although I would not keep for longer. Lovely scents of stables and poo (in the good way!) that went perfectly together with the notes of leather, wet wood, hummus etc... A surprisingly great wine.

  There is still a lot of fruit in the mouth with a hint of vanilla interlaced with a stringent acidity that almost makes the wine quite balanced. In my oppinion it did however seem a little bit closed and I needed a lot of concentration to find all the different flavours (wet hay and wood). Excellent length that ends spicy but to my it does come on as a little bit to alcoholic to really push the right buttons.
