PnP. Initally tasted at cellar temperature and then chilled somewhat. Light greenish gold. Airy nose, almost Chablis-like, but with a hint of marzipan. On the palate remarkably viscous and dense, with flavors of vanilla, pear, peach, and with nice finishing acidity. Has clearly softened over the last 2 years. Drink up but a lovely drink it is.

Popped and poured; cellar temperature. Light green gold. Strong nose of citrus, vanilla, mineral, and some oak. Lots of mineral on the palate with some oak to resolve on the finish. Interesting wine.

Love this wine! A toasted vanilla nose that sucks you in. The wine has a great balance on acidity and minerality. It's not overly fruity and even has a little funk to it, which, I mean in the very best way possible.
