Yellow tilting to golden color. Nose of hay, bread and apple. Peach and citrus palate, finishing with some spice. A richer Chablis but very nice nonetheless.

Blind Tasting '04-'10 Dampt Chablis (Tom's House, Palo Alto, CA): Rich nose, explosive compared to the rest of the lineup, with ripe lemon and a whiff of pineapple. Similar palate, ripe lemon, tart pineapple, nice density and medium+ acidity. Not classic Chablis but I love the mix of ripe fruit and acid. (my 3rd, group's 1st)

Wonderful again. Joy to drink and delicious. Very good acid, with notes of oak and pear.

Excellent. Outstanding balance, with warm notes of sweet brown sugar. Juicy with good minerality, oak, white flower and apricot. 91-92.
