Clear light yellow. Lots of mineral in the nose with hints of citrus and stone. Quite nice slightly rich lemon flavours but with lots of acid to keep it fresh and perfect with the terrine.

Wine Cellar - France, Burgundy, 2006 (mostly) (Wine Cellar, Cape Town): (Tasted Blind): A fresh and vibrant wine that offers mineral, flint, green apple and pear, flint and a hint of aniseed. No oak is noted, and the wine is bone dry. Refreshing acidity with a subtle creaminess and richness. Well-balanced and relatively expressive.

Soft and gentle with pleasant lemon and flinty notes. Not oxidized but low acid so pretty much at the end of it's arc. Drink up.

Clear light yellow. Not a hint of oxidation. Soft creamy lemon and oyster shell nose. Soft apple and smoke flavours and a very soft finish.

Flint, petrol and lime--classic chablis but with mild sherry notes. A premox bottle. [sad face]
