Wines That Don't Suck (WTDS) Offline (Joan's in the Park, St. Paul, MN): Purple red color. PNP, followed 1 glass over 3 hours. Deep dark black fruit on the nose. Black, brooding fruits on the full bodied, rustic palate, oak, tart, very firm grippy tannins. I'm not sure whether the tannins will ever loosen their firm hold here.

Dark black. Lots of ripe dark fruit and spice on the nose. Huge brooding dark fruit flavours and a long tannice finish. Needs at least another 5 years.
