really beautiful (esp. for the price - $55 purchased in 2015), this was full up of red fruit, with lift and acidity to carry it well, and some slight spice sensation on the palate as well... bet this will continue to sing for another 15 years... too bad there are none available in the US at this point in time

this wine was great, a bit four square (as I find many 2010's these days), but beautiful with med to dark red fruit, nice med acidity, and a tiny bit of spice... nice mouthfeel with density but also not heavy... very nice for sure, and very 2010 easy drinking but more than that

better than my bottle a few yrs back, nice easy going palate with good fruit, decent acidity, red'ish / purplish fruit, pretty four square but easy and med+ body, ready to drink and enjoyable but nothing outstanding given this vintage (one of my favs)... not sure it will improve a ton

In contrast to our 07 Henri Gouges, this was light, pale in color, as noted by the professional reviewers. Perhaps that prejudiced the other tasters, who seemed unimpressed. We, on the other hand, liked the wine. Interesting nose, fruit forward. Plenty of acid, but well balanced. Not terribly long, but respectable finish.

This showed a beautifully earthy nose with dried red fruits, spice, dusty soil, minerals and a hint of orange peel. On the palate, it was dark yet vibrant with red berry notes and hints of savory herbs. This firmed up quickly toward the finish yet lasted long with concentrated red berry and hints of soil. It presents excellent value!
