  Dinner at Hermosa (Chicago, IL): Quite a distinct earthiness on the nose that speaks really truly of place. The fruit however is lacking, especially for such a fruit-friendly vintage, and I feel that there's a bit of a muddiness because the fruit isn't so clearly defined.

  6th out of 6 2010 Bourgogne at the wine dinner. Very nice wine, but just not as good as the others.

  91+
  Rubinrot
  Viel Blutorange,Hagebutten,leicht kräuterig,wenig Kirschen.
  Mittlerer Körper,gute Säure,Hauch Bitterness.
  Mittellanger würziger Abgang.
  Ist in einer Zwischenphase,denke da kommt wieder mehr.

  We probably opened it too early as it was pretty closed on opening but improved significantly with decanting. I would wait another 2-3 years.

  Dunkles Rubinrot
  Beerenmix,Kirschen,erdig,zwischendurch minzig,pfeffrig.
  Seidig,samtig,dicht ,fleischig,glatte Gerbstoffe,vollerer Körper,gute Säure,hervorragende Balance.
  Langer dunkler Abgang.
  Auch ein klarer Nachkauf.
  Ist eine geschmeidigere,glattere Version des NSG Pruliers als der von Lecheneaut.
  Beide wirklich, in ihrer Art ,sehr gut.
