Cherry, strawberry, rhubarb, spice, sandalwood, musk, and lavender. Precise on the entry, this energetic wine finishes quite firm with lingering citrus peel and mineral notes. Likely needs 2+ years of additional cellaring.

Nose of fresh strawberries and raspberries with cinnamon candies, without a doubt a Chambolle nose with just a touch of Vosne burnt rubber like. Fresh acidity, complete mid palate with red fruit and spices. First time with this producer, i'll keep on eye on this one.

Very fresh and transparent Chambolle with a velvet structure. Some sweet red fruit and minerals. I like this.

De Chambolle à Morey - Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Gilly-les-Citeaux): Wine tasting. Perfumed start with plenty of fresh red fruit aromas and good spice in background. Similarly charming on palate, excellent for its level.
