PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs -med dark red purple minimal clearing -subtle perfumed ripe dark fruits faint stony minerality -med acidity becomes a little more prominent with air, med weight average depth focused low-key linear dark fruit intermingled with stone and soil elements, med tannins -somewhat somber fruit profile is lifted by the sap and intensity of the vintage, early on its prime drinking plateau

This showed the best out of a trio of 10/11/12. Cool fruit, sappy, some stone and just an extra layer of depth and dimension the vintage gives. Drinking well already (with a little audouze) with nice purity, balance and a pleasing finale.

Strawberry, gooseberry, rose petal, stone, clove, cardamom, anise, hint of leather. Pale ruby colour, almost translucent. Tightly wound. Long, substantive finish. Easily will cellar for another decade and only get better.

Not getting the enjoyment here. Muted nose and flat mid palate left me wondering if best days are behind. May not leave my last bottle too long.
