  Blind tasting.Closed nose, yeast perhaps. Mouth surprising with oxidative notes (as chestnuts), freshness and big mineralty that makes you thong feel chalky. After looking at the label things becoming more obvious and obvious. This is the classical style of Jura wines, called "vin de voile". This one it is well made and quite approachable. decanter it for one hour at least.
