I let it breathe for a few hours before drinking. Really well integrated dark red, blue, and black fruit, baking spice, tobacco, and tannin. Some oak, but not a ton. Really long—and I mean really long—finish. It goes on for several minutes. Quite impressed with this wine and glad I let it cellar for a decade.

Two hour decant was a bit short as it really shone after three. Dusty tannins at first, really rounded blackberry and blueberry spectrum on palate. Could live quite a while but hedonism won the day for this one. Nice QPR.
