  Clear dark red. Medium intense nose, black cherry, thyme and tire store nose. Dry cherry and herb flavours and a very dry textured finish.

  Still quite closed. Decanted it 2 hours before drinking but it was still reduced. Might be better the second day but served it at a dinner party and it didn’t last. Still has amazing potential to age.

  High acidity, good fruit. Nice wine, but not quite ready yet. Classic northern rhone.

  Deep ruby. Pronounced strawberry, mushroom, beef broth and charred wood aromas. High acidity and tannin. Pronounced soy, strawberry, blackberry and a lot of savoury flavors. Long finish. Very nice. Paired with medallion steak of beef with sauteed potatoes and burnt onion paste.
