This wine is somehow piecing on the palate without having loads of acidity. Perhaps it's the typicity of the terroir or the winemaking. Ocean and sea breeze on the nose. Lime on the palate. Perhaps the sour from the lime creates the illusion of acid in a low acid vintage. Anyhow, this is darn tasty. Enjoyed over three days so no rush on these.
Hint of camphor at the outset, but turned into a highly chiseled peach, lime, and mineral affair. Not overly sweet, more or less Kabinett style. Medium finish, but somehow a dry finish. Very good set against mild chicken and lentil biryani.

(A.J. Adam Dhron Hofberg Riesling Feinherb) ($45.00) As lovely, lacy and detailed as the senses could thirst for, but also as much flesh and savor as the appetite could demand. Essentially perfect wine; lilac and wisteria aromas, angular and tangy on the palate, a tense interplay of slate and (hardly perceptible) sweetness, focused to an almost ridiculous clarity. *
