Ruby color. Balanced, medium weight wine with bright raspberry, cherry flavors and an acidic cranberry finish. 90% Nebbiolo/10% Merlot - a 30 minute decant helped integrate it. Well-priced under $20 usd at Costco ATX. A drink now, drink later wine for cellar purposes.

Fruit pokes out after about a half hour, bright, with tea leaves and tobacco a bit. A nice wine that improves as it opens over about three hours. Good stuff.

I agree with Schlaepdog's note. I had a very similar experience. Enjoyed it over two days and saw some of that tart red fruit character round out on day two. Still very pretty. I'd call this a "cool climate" Barolo/Langhe Nebbiolo. Lighter on the palate, but still showed those classic varietal notes that I love.

A very pretty wine, light bodied, but with a lot going on. Earthy, foresty nose, it tastes of tart cherries up front that fades into raspberry with cranberry notes, with a nice terroir driven earthy flavor mixed into the finish that lingers for 30+ seconds. Drink now or over the next 3 years.

Quite nice, especially at the price. Lovely bright fruit character with plenty of finesse.
