Popped and poured, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Light expressiveness, needs a good swirl to reveal light florals, peach, apricot, and subtle hints of licorice. Palate: Medium-plus bodied, creamy mouth-feel, nice sweet peach and pear flavor up front, turns increasingly tart towards the back-end, but is still balanced from the lingering sweetness from the front-end. Finish: Medium plus length sense of canned sugar free peaches and pears. The palate is the shining star here as the nose was uninspiring.

I thought I might have waited too long but I shouldn't have been worried. Still crisp with excellent flavor. I wish I had a few more bottles.

Very nice wine. Apricot was the flavor I noticed the most. Very smooth. I wanted a little more acid personally.
