  • At A-16 in San Francisco, nice find. Crisp and sweet on mid palate, no oak. Pears, faint citrus, melon. Rounded floral and caramel finish. Great wine to begin the evening, excellent mouthfeel and texture.

  • This is the 4th bottle of Marisa Cuomo wine I've had this year, including the 09 Ravello previously posted on and a rose and a white (the 10 or 11 Ravello I believe) had in Amalfi this summer. This is the best showing yet. Butterscotch texture but with flavors of white tea, melon, and pear. Round, but with airy floral lift and sufficient closing snap (for now). Showing best on day 2 on the warmer side. Distinctive, versatile wine. Serve with broiled black cod with balsamic-soaked mandarins and roasted fennel or a pastachio-fried chicken. 90+
