Continues to improve. Glorious salmon color. Crisp strawberry with a hint of tartness on the back end. One of their best one-offs. Extreme drinkaility.

Enjoyed sans food. Clean enough to go it alone but not so light that it leaves you wanting. Bright strawberry nose that does not disappoint on the first taste. Very tart and expressive. The berries linger long enough for a very dry toasty yeast to join and massage your tongue with the loving embrace of a long lost girlfriend who lost her keys. Tight and delightful this one may be a little young and may mellow out over time but terrific now.

A lovely wine! We were a tad eager to try this and popped it before it was adequately chilled, about 63 degrees F. At that temp the flavors were a bit of a jumble. Once we got it down to around 45 degrees it was lovely, well balanced, flavors of strawberry and citrus, toast and light yeast.

Still drinking beautifully. A little more pronounced minerality. Lovely color.
