  L' Orchidea Maschio sta maturando, e i fiori e il karkadé sono stati sconfitti da una spremuta di arancia amara insanguinata, screziata talvolta d' incenso.
  La bocca rimane fresca e croccante, sottile nei sui 12% di alcool, ma pregna di impulsi sempre cangianti, il legno è perfettamente integrato e i raspi fanno capolino nel tannino granulare dall' eco vegetale, quasi una tisana amaricante.
  Forse i 94/100 del mio assaggio dell' anno scorso erano eccessivi e dettati dall' emozione del momento, ma in quest' annata l' Orchis alla cieca sarebbe un cliente scomodo per tanti ( troppi) 1er cru che se la spacciano.
  Rimane un esempio inarrivabile di carnalità spontanea.

  Rosa canina, chiodi di garofano e karkadé a profusione, una tisana stordente, un pugno nel naso.
  Femminilità liquida, un profumo da bere, uno dei pinot più sexy che abbia mai odorato.
  Basterebbe questo per giustificare un amore, e poco importa se in bocca manca del corpo, dell' allungo e della stratificazione di un grand cru, perché questo è come un bacio fugace, ma di quelli che ti rimangono impressi nella memoria.
