Very tasty Margaret River Cabernet, sweet cassis fruit, toasty coconut and vanilla oak, plenty of years ahead (under screwcap). Perfect with rare lamb cutlets.

Basic herbaceous driven varietal expression, mint, eucalypt, methol. Question its price point considering it is not fruit driven. Drink over the next 5 years, nothing to improve.

Cassis, red fruits, some dark berries, mint and a slightly sweet note. It’s lighter than the 14.5% ABV would suggest. The sweetness is a little distracting. The tannins are present but smooth. The finish is medium-long.

Dark red colour. Cassis notes, with more red fruits on the palate than dark fruits, with a hint of minty herbaceous flavour. Tannins are medium minus (-). Approachable now. I'm a bit undecided about this - not your classic Margaret River Cab IMHO, but nice enough.

Still quite primary. Blackcurrant and menthol. Some baked notes. Smoke. A bit of earth with time. Very good and no hurry.
