  • Kaltes Rindfleisch, Staub, ganz hinten in der Nase Balistol. Packende Tanine, trocken, mäßige Säure, helles Rot mit Backsteinreflexen, dunkle Schokolade, medium Finish.

  • Cabernet sauvignon 60%, Merlot 35%, Petit Verdot 5% and Cabernet franc 5%.
Clear purple color. Floral nose quite closed at the beginning, but after about 2 hours of aeration the thinks went better. To the palate medium to full bodied with very nice acidity. Good aromas of oaky vanilla and spices (dominated by the black peper).
Not very long aftertaste, with not very long ageing potential any more.
A typical Graves wine to enjoy right now.
