Nose is definitely more to the peppery end of Syrah, with lots of red fruit to back it up. Dried red fruit is followed by leather and spice. Oak undertones. Long finish.

The palate is soft and sultry with dark fruit flavors accented by spice and buffeted by smooth tannins. A very delicious, understated wine. 96% Syrah and 4% Petit Sirah.
