Carbonic maceration pinot d'aunis & gamay. Very digest thirst-quenching with ... pepper in the nose and salty in the mouth as its name specifies. Lovely wine for ~ 12 EUR. I don't trust in the 100 grading.

This is such a Loire Valley wine, and from the first sniff you know it is a natural wine. Great hint of white pepper on the nose, and a great juicy palate with pepper so it makes me think of pineau d'unis. the gouleyant factor should make me think something else is added, like gamay in this case..either way loved it with our carbonara with fresh eggs and pancetta

Interesting airy style. Very Gamay-like. Light to medium body. Great structure and balance. Nose and mouth predominantly showing notes of earth, mushrooms and smokiness. Nice refreshing light red. I'd serve this chilled.
