With grilled hamburgers (with scape butter), peas, caprese salad. Ruby, almost garnet, maybe the start of brick at the rim. Deep cherry/strawberry nose, very nice, with a touch of smoke. Balanced wine on the palate, light tannin and mouth-watering acid, some pepper. Palate and finish improved with time (bottle only opened 15 minutes before serving). Don't think this one will improve - go for it now.
