If you like crisp whites by themselves or with seafood, try the McPherson Viognier. It has hints of citrus, grass and acidity that is very refreshing. Serve well chilled and enjoy

Off the wine list at Boudros, San Antonio. Citrus nose and palate, but somehow flat-dry on the palate, rather than fruity. Surprisingly good pairing with chile-fried Gulf oysters and with roasted quail!
