I really like how this has rounded out with a little more time. Peach, honeysuckle, lemon zest, sea spray and a bit of chalkiness. Very nice mix of acidity and pineapple fruit in the finish, and the trailing harshness this had when young is long gone.
Served at cellar temperature. Nectarine, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon and honeysuckle on the nose. All on the palate, leading to a long finish. Nice acidic balance and mineral characteristics. Paired with grilled sesame chicken. An excellent QPR.
