  nose: balanced and refined with tones of honeycomb, nectarines, white peaches, pears, some mineral tones and some white fruits. Nice depth with some hi-toned aromatics.
  
  taste: lighter bodied but with some nice fatness. Lacking a mid a bit, but with a nice attack along with medium+ acidity. Balanced with very good tones of pears, honeycomb, green apples, quince, mineral tones and white fruits.
  
  Overall: this fleshes out with about an hour's worth of air. Nice and balanced with a lighter gold color to it.
