A very pretty Spätlese, with peach, pear, orange blossom. Sweet, creamy, juicy. Good balance. Paired with sous vide ginger chicken and roasted veggies.

Peach n petrol, more sweet than off dry, some watermelon on the palate, minimal if any acidity, slight carbonation. went well with gingered pork tenderloin. Not a great QPR from not a great vintage in Alsace.

Lusciously sweet, somewhat meaty texture with minimal complexity. Very easy to drink. Great with smoked ham.

Pineapple, citrus, can still taste the acidity, lemon with light honey notes.
