A brilliant wine in its sweet spot now and for the next 5 years, I should think; maybe more. Probably more. Love the brilliant straw color, so vibrant. The aromas were more subtle at first, offering an understated mix of seabed and white fruits. But, by the second glass, some 45 minutes after opening, this had filled out the nose and the palate revealing more layers to the fruit, and more complexity on the nose. Combine those features with the lovely, cool textures, and you've got a real winner, an understated, gem, actually. Timorasso, in my experience, gets better with age, but good luck as they can also be very exciting on release, to. Love the structure and balance here. highly recommended
Cork fully soaked (so glad I decided to open it), Audozed for one hour; served non-blind.

P&p; Aromas of fresh apple/pear, barely ripe peach/nectarine, honey/mead, and rained on earth/wet stone; fresh, clean, and attractive. On the palate, a good dose of tart fresh acidity works well as a counterpoint to generous fruit and a round/silky/oily texture. Fairly intense; "honeyed;" white pepper; full of flavor, with some general complexity. Good length, with some lemon peel and stony/earthy minerality developing, and a bit of tannic grip becoming noticeable. Just my second Timorasso; again, I could easily be fooled into thinking it's Chenin Blanc. Good stuff!

First Timorasso here as well. A bit Verdicchio-like nose showing some reductive/sulfury character. Yellow plum, hay, lemon peel, fresh herbs and slight bready bredth. Dry and quite weighty palate with peppery heat from the alcohol - still quite lean and refreshing at the same time. Not a lot of fruit here; some ripe lemon and peach. A spicy, hay-like flavor profile with some leesy richness. Mid-length. Quite nice, in fact a rather good white to hail from Piedmont - though @ 20€ it feels a bit pricey.
