Melon, white fruits, and some stoniness on the nose. Gentle, laid back palate with very giving, sweet fruit and more of the stone that carries through onto a long finish. The acid is there, but unobtrusive, stretching this wine out. It held up very well overnight simply recorked in the fridge. Not intellectual, nor ostentatious, but just an extremely well-made wine that's a joy to drink.

Very nice, fruity Pinot Gris. Worked well with Thai salmon and shrimp skewers.
