Why make notes after you drink wine? Cause if you don't you will become like me and forget almost everything about this particular wine. While I remember caracking it open, I have no real recollection of when, how it tasted, what flavors, color or bouquet it possessed. In fact i had this wine as unracked and still in existence in my collection- whoops! I guess the best I can really say is....it didn't suck. I would have remembered that!
