  • A year later and...I like this even more than my last bottle. Whatever I though was cheesy last time is no longer discernible, so either my nose is working better tonight or an extra year in the bottle has resulted in positive changes. A light, high-acid white, and at four years old it's fresh as a daisy and extremely zingy. Great with salmon. I would definitely buy this again. Cork. 13%.

  • Quite a bite, in a good way. Lemon juice, leading on to a whiff of...parmiggiano. What? Well, I though so anyway. If I were to be critical I might say it was a bit thin, but really that's just its style: linear, mineral, delightfully citric. A great seafood wine: knocks 99% of Muscadets and Picpouls into a cocked hat. 13%.
