A blend of Gros Manseng, Courbou, Arrufiac from south west France. Citrus nose with some honey in the background. To taste it’s got lemon and lime cordial, grapefruit, minerality on the mid palate and lovely honeyed finish. Loved this, great with spicy food. Another cracker from The Wine Society.
