  This wine was a pleasant surprise for me. It paired very well with our salmon dinner, was clean and crisp with a bit of grapefruit and apple on the nose. It was medium intensity and with grapefruity and citrusy with a slight herb tinge on the palette and a bit of a light lemon orange finish that lingers just the right amount of time. It was more interesting than a lot of white wines I have had this summer, well- balanced and pleasantly paired well with pink salmon which we have had a hard time finding a good wine to go with.
