13.0% - Clear, pale & light ruby starting to show some brick on the hue / clean, med intensity - redcurrant, morello cherry, oolong tea, orange peel, nutty, hazelnut, rose petals / dry, med+ bright acidity, med to light body, med- soft tannin, med to pronounced intensity, persistent finish. Nice level of complexity getting through that Mercurey rustic edge. After some air the nose gets so close to a Barbaresco... the soft & fine tannins brings it back to Burgundy once it hits the palate. 89+ entering its drinking window.
