  Deep yellow almost gold color
  N’ose: Dried apricot very intense very pleasant with a sort of buttery finale
  Full bodied, first a fruity acidic attack followed by dried fruits a tang of sweetness with a dry fruity end with a very decent length.
  
  Wow this wine is still drinking very well.

  Wow! Quel vin!
  D'un jaune vieil or bien foncé. Le nez est puissant sur les fruits secs, le coing, les amandes grillées...
  La bouche est d'une richesse incroyable. L'impression première est de boire un grand Sauternes, mais tout à fait sec. Des couches de saveurs se dévoilent à chaque gorgée. C'est long. complexe, mais réussit à éviter la lourdeur par son acidité très justement dosée.
  Ceux qui doutent de la capacité d'un cépage comme la Roussanne à donner des grands vins, devraient goûter à celui-ci. En plus, je pense que les 2011 sont parfaitement à point présentement.
