  18 hours upon opening serving into Zalto Burgundy glass (“No” day): Pale garnet with clearly a darker hues than the rest of the lineup tasted.
  
  More about darker red dates, slightly rustic but clean.
  
  Really more about food pairing than enjoying on its own arguably but this is faced with the toughest set of competition here.
  
  93-94 points.
  
  Second round, more liquorice and glycerol notes, again consistent with last round a lot more about darker plummy and black prunes at this stage.
