  Very pale straw yellow, clear.
  The nose is all mineral with intense floral notes. On the second day a hint of sweet white fruit emerges. On the palate it is bone dry, with lively acidity, marked by its minerality. It finishes on salinity, in fact quite strong. It is very long and leaves a fantastic freshness in the mouth.
