  • Ordered off the list at the Publican and paired with a glazed pork collar with pears, roasted hazelnuts and arugula. First wine I've had from this producer who has won winemaker of the year in the past from Falstaff. This is aged in used oak barrels. Medium red color. Nice earthy notes with ripe berries, smoke and a round texture. Pure with a clean finish. This was a very food friendly wine. 89-90 points.
