  Time to drink up, but very impressive, leather, earth, smoke, red fruit, dried cherry, more developed on nose than on the palate with still some tannin structure to keep everything in check

  Wow, still singing. In the DW but with legs to last awhile. Screams Italy. Blue fruits, leather and earth with loads of minerality.

  This is now "ventiannidopo" (or twenty years later) and singing. Drunk over dinner in good company, so no TN. Smooth and silky and rich too, but with plenty of acidity which make it vibrant and energetic and a pleasure to drink. No signs of declining and probably at peak now.

  Starts with bright cassis, complemented by an evolution into juicy black cherry and blueberry, cigar box, dry herbs, and vegetation. The wine has a slight, persistent heat and finishes with a smoky, fatty acid, reminiscent of charcuterie and gunpowder. Grippy vegetal tannins.
