Nez timide à l'ouverture. Apres 3 heures (sans carafage), le nez s'ouvre sur des notes complexes de fruits rouges, d'épices douces et de rose. Bouche ultra délicate qui laisse apparaître une note minérale. Ne manque qu'une plus grande concentration et plus de longueur pour hisser au sommet ce vin. A boire maintenant.

Burgundy Tasting (Ivy, George Street, Sydney): Cream, vanilla, spice over red cherry fruit and a touch of a slightly unpleasant metallic note. In the mouth the wine has medium plus acidity, red cherry and cheek gripping and gm sucking tannic grip. Meh
