Opened for about 20-30 minutes initially, good nose; blackberry and smoke. Dinner was fresh salad, pork chops, and homemade potato latkes; paired very well.
Agree that this wine is peaking right now; nicely balanced. Easy to drink with food or by itself.

Accessible and easy to drink within 15 minutes of opening. Rich deep fruit with a bit of a tannic edge. Definitely in its drinking window. Works well as a cocktail wine. Would drink within the year.

Very nice nose upon opening, some baking spices and a bunch of red fruit. The taste mirrored the nose, which is always a good thing in my book. Very nice balance of the three grapes; fruit from the grenache, rich spice and some power from the syrah, and depth from the mouvedre. Need to get more of this. I bought it at the winery as a pre-release. They were not offering tastes of it, but they were happy to sell it to me. At $42 per bottle, it's a little steep, but it is good.

Drinking so well right now. Make sure to let it breathe for 10-15 minutes to get the initial fruitiness to mellow
