I think I caught this just before oxidation could get to it first. Richer deeper nose with very light carbonation. Honeysuckle, apricot, and faint caramel on the nose. Every 5th whiff was richer than the other four. Nougatty touch on the palate still with surprising zip and freshness. Held up well and enjoyed the drink

From a 750. Holding up well, decent carbonation. Not the most complex, but good acidity and lemon/lime citrus notes, pretty linear and focused. Obviously some nutty characteristics from long aging, but still relatively fresh. Good.
May hold up for a couple years more, but I'd suggest drinking it. No disgorgement date noted but I've held it since 2010.

Quite approachable though on the way out. Waning in its impression and carbonation. Citrus nose at first, opening to beeswax, peach and a touch of caramel over an hour. Not bad at all, time to drink up though

Difficult year in the Champagne. Brioche and chalk with citrus in the nose. Some starting aging notes on the palate. Nice but low acidity. Some grapefruit in the long finish. I liked this very much. (Tasted from Magnum at Decanter Fine Wine Encounter 2019 Masterclass.)

From magnum. This was served on a night with some very good champagnes, so perhaps it would have shown better on its own. The wine showed no flaws, but was a bit boring and thin.
