Popped and poured. Extremely light color. Nose began with some cola elements and then moved into a heady women's perfume that I can't put my finger on. The flavors were nice, though un-memorable. Would purchase again.

A fine bottle of pinot, if a bit simple. Nice rockiness on the nose. Light body (translucent ruby in color), medium acidity. Some strawberry for sure. Not much complexity, but fine for the price.

Poured through the Vinturi. Clear ruby red color, medium body. Nose of strawberry, rich red cherries, raspberry, slightly grassy herbs, wet rocks, and a hint of mint. Palate is red currant, strawberry, raspberry, light toast, with an overall mandarin orange tone that comes with mandarin orange acidity. Finishes medium. The acidity is definitely noticeable and continued to gain acidity as time passed. I don't know enough about Burgundy to give this a rating but it may be better paired with food.
