Pale straw color. Long slow legs. Tropical fruits and citrus - grapefruit and guava. Linear mouthfeel. Starting to show some age, but in a good way. Nice acidity, but not enough for this wine to age much longer. Drink now.

Walleyes, Sweet Corn, and White Wines: My impression was that this is very crisp and steely in style. The acidity, minerality, weight, and mouthfeel reminded me of a Grand Cru Chablis.

Wines over the 4th weekend- Bedrock, AO, Bevan; 7/3/2013-7/7/2013: Pale golden in color. Gorgeous nose of grapefruits with minerality. Lots of power and depth to the nose. I could sniff this all night long. With air a slight vanilla cookie note emerges that is very pretty. On the palate, this is full bodied. Not quite as good as the nose, but very good. decent acidity. The grapefruit carries over to the palate. Clean finish. Altogether, one of the best examples of California Sauvignon Blanc.
