This is overperforming for me. I hadn't intended to keep it for so long, but jolly glad I did. This is a top BR for me in terms of its charm and elegance. Quite sexy Burgundy without being flashy - so more like fleshy with fruit, sous bois, bit of spice. Would beat many 1er Crus IMHO

Weekly tasting group RWP #240: Burgundy 2011 (@ VD): In the bouquet red berries, cherries, strawberry, caramel, some metal and even coffee. On the palate juicy red berries, some minerals, stone, rustic flavors, earth and green impressions. Overall a not overly complex wine, but certainly a nice one with pleasant bitterness, cherries and herbs in the finish.

Medium ruby with garnet. Red fruits, raspberry, strawberry, sweet spices, vanilla, light cinnamon. Hint of wet leaves and moist earth.

Vosne-like, with some mid-palate, but pretty functional stuff. Drink now whilst sweet and sappy. I don't think this is one to age. I pop and pour.

Really lovely Bourgogne, red and black fruit, some mocca, good mid-palate, soft tannins.
