Coravin tasting. Perfect storage at Wine Society and later in a Eurocave. Beautiful nose. Very Burgundy like. A little light on the palate but to be expected for this price point. Lovely fruit and acidity and just the right balance of oak. Delicious and refreshing! Could fool many as a village level Burgundy or top Bourgogne blanc. This is also surprisingly fresh for nine years old. Good with camembert cheese but maybe a little too light on the palate.

Perfect storage at the Wine Society. This is surprisingly good for a sub-£9 entry level Chardonnay. Lovely Burgundy like nose, so much better than many maconnais at this price point and punching in the same league as good quality Bourgogne or even village level Burgundy. Savoury on the palate with some hints of nut and herbs and nice fruit, apple and a little pear. Dry, medium finish. Excellent QPR.

Medium straw with some green hues, very young-looking. Expressive nose combining freshness and evolution. Citrus fruit, green apple, pear and nutty scents. Medium-bodied, balanced and long. Close to peak with a good 5 years of life ahead. Great value, would cost almost threefold its price had it been a Burgundy of this level.

Unlike the previous bottle which was somewhat overevolved, this was a healthy one. Nutty nose with mellon and pear, medium-bodied and balanced with a mid+ aftertaste. Good qpr for an oaked chard of this quality level.

Medium yellow with green hues. Expressive nose with ba nice combination of oaky (roasted hazelnuts) and fruity (pear, green apple) aromas alongside some buttery scents. Medium-bodied with vibrant fruit and balancing acidity. Good length. Fantastic for an entry-level chard and excellent value given the fact that a white Burgh of similar quality would cost 3 to 4 times as much. Even better than the bottle I had a year ago, so I suppose that it might improve further.
